Pilates
Pilates is a method of mental and physical conditioning invented by Joseph Pilates. His method has been embraced by professional dancers to condition and rehabilitate from injury.
The pilates method consists of a series of precise flowing movements performed on exercise mats or with several pieces of unique equipment.
All levels of experience will be taught on the mat using a selection of smaller pieces of equipment to strengthen and stretch the body.
