Yoga

Yoga is an ancient system of exercise focused upon harmonizing body, mind and emotions. Its holistic approach is the most efficient way of promoting the overall well-being of the individual.

A typical yoga class would encompass stretching and yoga postures, breathing and relaxation practices.

All practices are adapted to meet the physical capacity of the individual.

Yoga helps to:

  • increase cardiovscular and respiratory efficiency
  • strengthen the immune system

Classes may be of any length from 45 to 90 minutes.
